Our Columbus MCAT instructor is a thirteen-year veteran of the test prep industry, has worked for several premiere organizations during her career. She tutors for the MCAT, GMAT, GRE, SAT and ACT. Her standardized test knowledge and approaches are proven, as she herself has achieved 99th percentile scores on actual ACT, SAT, LSAT, and GMAT exams. And her wealth of teaching experience has honed her ability to tailor her style to meet the individual needs of each student. Stacy is a graduate of the Ohio State University. She previously worked in the real estate, restaurant, and healthcare industries doing analysis, marketing, and communications before leaving the corporate world to make test prep teaching and tutoring her primary focus. As a Magna cum laude Biological Sciences graduate from Cornell University, our MCAT instructor has an exceptional and comprehensive understanding of MCAT content. His mastery of the material enables him to explain the various components of the MCAT in an intelligible and logical manner that promotes better retention than student attempts at rote memorization. He has also tutored, lectured, and served as an advisor in various capacities while at Cornell. In one of his most challenging assignments, he had to lead weekly biological content review sections for a course that combined public health and microbiology. Our Philadelphia MCAT instructor is a molecular biologist & biotechnology/biomedical device consultant.  Art has over 25 years experience teaching test prep including LSAT, MCAT, GRE, GMAT, and SAT. His MCAT test scores in the top 2 percentile. Our Walnut Creek MCAT instructor is an Oakland native who attended college on the East Coast at Yale University, graduating with a double major and honors in Ethics, Politics, and Economics and International Studies in 2009. She moved to the Mississippi Delta to work for Teach for America, teaching middle and high school science for several years before joining TFA management to help direct her science teacher training program in the region. She continued this work in the Bay Area but always thought about going back to school to become a doctor, something that had been in the back of her mind since losing her mother to cancer when she was 10. Finally, she took the leap, and attended Bryn Mawr's post-baccalaureate pre-medical program in 2015-2016. In her gap year before medical school, she worked in breast cancer research at UCSF, and fell in love with the school. Now she is a medical school student and feels strongly dedicated to helping other non-traditional, post-bacc, or other differently-advantaged medical school applicants make it to getting their MD. She spent her summer teaching MCAT to the UCSF post-bacc students, and would love to keep teaching a part of her life going forward. In her free time, she's a passionate rock climber and former yoga teacher, and she spend a lot of time outside with her rescue dog, Clementine.
