LBS is one of the only business schools that has its faculty conduct the majority of interviews. Given this type of interview, it is to each applicant's advantage to acquaint themselves with the curriculum even more than usual. During the interview, individuals should also highlight how he or she would take advantage of the vast resources that LBS offers.

The other reference could be from a former employer, a long-standing client, or someone else familiar with the applicant's work abilities. Applicants should only choose a former professor if he or she has remained in close contact since graduating.
