The University of Cambridge's Judge Business School offers a unique MBA experience that few other schools can match. The Judge Business School is centrally located in one of the UK's oldest universities, yet the Business School was founded in 1990.

Short-listed candidates are invited to a special Interview Day at Judge. In exceptional circumstances, the Admissions Board is sometimes able to offer interviews in the candidate's own country or occasionally by telephone.

Two recommendations are required, both preferably coming from someone who has known the applicant in a professional setting.

  1. Describe yourself. What are your strengths and how do you utilize them? What attributes would you like to improve upon and why?
  2. Describe your leadership style. Tell us about a project, task or experience where you had to motivate and direct individuals or a team. Were you successful, and if so, why? If not, what did you learn about yourself?
