✓How do I attend and participate in the online classes?
We have recorded a two part tutorial on how to attend our online courses and how to best configure your computer:
✓ Who should I contact if I have not received books?
Please email office@manhattaneliteprep.com with your name, country, city, date of course, teacher name, payment receipt number, total amount, contact info, etc, in the email. For in-person courses in New York City, books are typically distributed on the first day of class, otherwise they will be mailed.
✓ Where can I purchase more GMAT or GRE Computer Adaptive Test codes?
To purchase more codes for your home practice, please visit the Company Store. There, choose the GMAT or GRE product page on the left hand side, and scroll down to the product named "Computer Adaptive Test Code - Additional", and update the quantity as needed. You can also add the "GMAT Erasable Noteboard with Pen" to the cart. If you purchased more codes from us other than those codes included in your tuition or if you purchased codes from us separately without taking one of our courses, please note that we have a total of five unique full-length online practice tests. Since each test is based on a dynamically programmed pool of questions, you may still see different questions on the same test if you purchase more than 5 codes.

Online Library access typically lasts for 60 days after the purchase of a course. Should you need additional access time please contact us at support@manhattaneliteprep[dot]com.
✓ How many hours of recordings are in the Online Library?
Our Recording Library is comprised of about 400 hours of recordings for various subjects. It includes teaching sessions from our expert instructors. Each session has a mix of lectures and practice problems from official guides and our own teaching material. When viewing them, you can either press Pause or simply practice along with the class in the video timed by the instructor. All the solutions are explained in the recordings as well. There are about 600+ problems for various subjects in the entire online recording library..
✓ How often is the Online Library updated?
We are continuously updating our online library to include most recent recordings by various lead instructors. Each online course consists of multiple sessions, a total of 28 hours. We standardized all the recording sessions by combining all the best past recorded sessions per topic.
✓ How can I sort the recordings?
You can sort the recordings by presenter or by topic. In addition, you can look for a topic or presenter by entering the keyword in the Search box. Though the content for the multi-session online course is the same, different instructors opt to work with different questions and may explain concepts in a different way. That is why we uploaded different instructors' sessions.
✓ How do I access the Library?
To access your online library please visit the following link: mep0.webex.com (without www in the front). The Online Recordings are located in the menu on the left.
✓ How do I watch recorded online Information Sessions?
If you wish to view the information session recordings, just search ‘info’ in the recordings to get all of the rel recommend that you use a big screen to watch ARF recordings for best viewing. If you have a Mac with a singled touch pad without right and left buttons, you can enlarge the screen with the expanding two-finger movement on the touch pad.

✓ Can I make-up a session I have missed?
Yes, since we have multiple courses running at the same time, we will find you a session to make-up for the one you missed. Your make-up session may be in-person, online or from the online recording library. We can only do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee your spot in another course and have no obligation to do so either. Please remember any make-up sessions after the initial two will be subject to a per session charge.
